Having completed the 1st and 2nd lifts of brickwork of the ground floor, JBS has now started work on the first floor, commencing with the installation of steelwork, flooring and erection of internal walls and exterior brickwork.

“This represents a significant stage in the development process,” said James Squirrell, construction director at JBS. “We are ahead on programme and ready to start with the roof structure”.

A challenging project, yet well within the time-proven capabilities of the company, it’s being built on a very tight timescale of just 12 months from planning and design,  through to completion and handover to the client.

JBS commenced work on the site at the beginning of December 2017 and confidently expect to complete before the deadline, most probably by late October.
