I’m delighted to announce that despite the exceptionally wet weather, this 5000 sq. ft. Edwardian Arts and Crafts style house is nearing completion in Wimbledon Village. Designed to replicate a classic Wimbledon house with painstaking attention to detail, the house is being built complete with period sharp sand mortar, feature quoins, hand-made copper feature dome and genuine Bath stone.

Whilst the outside looks like a classic period property, the interior features clean crisp contemporary lines and boasts a high spec finish with the latest AV – everything you need for modern living. Not only that, but the finished home will be fully compliant with Code 4 for sustainable living.

We have other land opportunities readily available and would love to build something similar for you. Contact us now on +44 208 144 9730 to discuss your exact requirement or arrange a guided tour of properties we’ve built in the area. We can’t promise to show you any tennis but we can certainly show you some of the best houses around.

  1. The properties in the village are something else with a lot of new builds with breathtaking design. And along with Chiswick and Hampstead it is one of the few areas you could call a village and being so close to Greater London. The only problem in some areas is the inclination of the drive ways especially where the drive dips towards the house – they are some of the sharpest I’ve seen around London.
