Located in in the Hillside conservation area of Wimbledon, London SW19, the project is complicated by the requirement to retain the Edwardian façade to complement the adjacent house, coupled with construction of a deep basement located immediately behind. That’s 3 storeys, plus basement, all to be built behind the original façade – quite a challenge but one that we are up to.
